L-4 Beef Cattle

L-4 beef are farm raised on a 70-acre ranch in East Texas. The cattle are Angus and some Brangus Cross. Their diet consists of fertilized Tifton hay and grain consisting of (corn, beets, oats, cotton seed hulls), which they are started on prior to weaning and finished on until 1 year of age. At Slaughter they will weigh at or just under 1000 lbs. The Processor I use is located outside of Whitehouse Texas.
